1st June is the start of the Big Walk for Refugees. Please Register
Last year BRASA members walked around Karkarook Park lake in Heatherton in company with some of our refugee friends. We are planning to do this again on Saturday 14 June at 10.30am. It would be great if you could join us. The walk takes about 30-40 minutes, and there may be some speeches, so allow about 1 hour. It’s an enjoyable thing to do as well as a demonstration of our solidarity with the refugees in our midst who are still without permanent visas and living as second class citizens without security.
